Mary has overall control of the organisation. She has considerable experience in the management of delivering care services, which includes the management of two highly respected care homes that she and her husband have owned since the 1980’s. She was appointed by the Welsh Assembly Government as a Council Member for the Care Council of Wales, the Care Forum and Chair of the Cardiff and Vale Domiciliary Care Providers Association.
Michelle Boba
Registered Manager
Michelle has worked in the care sector for over 20 years. She has worked in various environments from hospitals to care homes and has managed and supervised large groups of carers and service users. She brings a wealth of relevant experience, skills and knowledge to the company.
Clive Barnes
Training and Development Director
Clive has 20 years experience in customer focussed roles in business as well as being a qualified teacher. He is passionate about turning Everycare into a centre of excellence by maximising the potential of our staff though continuous development and training.
Terry Turner
Chairman & Responsible Person
Terry has worked in business at Director level for 12 years. He has set up and grown a number of highly successful businesses both here and in Europe. He is fanatical about service and sees it as his main goal to drive this ethos throughout the organisation.
Mark Claremont
Systems and Finance Director
Mark is a qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in the UK and overseas, working in both large multinational organisations and small owner managed businesses. He is striving to ensure that Everycare continues to use the best systems and technology available to the care industry.
